This a follow up of Toshiba customer service part 1
Well, after no response from Toshiba within the 24 hour period they said they would, I called back. She said that she emailed me, and that I should check it.
I checked it right before my 3 hour class, nothing was in my inbox. I called after my class (my first chance available) and she had left for the day, so I had left her a voicemail and re-confirmed my email address and left my phone number again.
So, I wait again…
